By creating an account, submitting an enrollment request, or otherwise accessing the portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the portal.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:

• Use a strong, unique password of at least 12 characters
• Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) where available
• Never share your credentials with any other person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices

You agree not to use the portal to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or another user’s account
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Interfere with the proper operation of the portal or its security controls
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute training content without authorization
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enrollment information
• Use the portal for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

All training materials, courseware, exam preparation resources, and ISC2-related content are the intellectual property of ISC2 and are provided under our authorization as an Official Training Partner. The portal’s design, branding, and original content are the property of Klean IT. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

As a participant in ISC2 certification training, you are bound by the ISC2 Code of Ethics. You agree to:

• Protect society, the common good, necessary public trust and confidence, and the infrastructure
• Act honorably, honestly, justly, responsibly, and legally
• Provide diligent and competent service to principals
• Advance and protect the profession
• Not share, distribute, or publish exam content or confidential materials

Academic dishonesty, including sharing exam questions or facilitating cheating, will result in immediate termination and may be reported to ISC2.

All activity on this portal is monitored and logged for security, compliance, and operational purposes. By accessing the portal, you acknowledge and consent to this monitoring. Logs are retained in accordance with our Data Retention Policy and may be reviewed for security investigations or legal proceedings.

Klean IT provides training to help you prepare for ISC2 certification exams. We do not guarantee exam passage, job placement, or specific salary outcomes. CISSP exams and official study products must be purchased directly from ISC2 at isc2.org. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klean IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
